Now, with these scouting reports of right-handed starting pitchers (RHSP) #21-32, the book is closed on the scouting reports for RHSP.

You will notice that a lot of the pitchers on this list have been injury frequently, and recently--which is a reason they are on this “last third” of the list, which is ranked according to whom I believe is the best available.
